About Us…

Erb/Dufault Photography’s focuses is on making photographic content for advertising, editorial, commercial portraiture and product imagery with a specialization in food, restaurant and hospitality clients.

Scott Erb has over 25 years of experience working hands-on in the photography industry and he holds a degree from the SouthEast Center of Photographic Studies, in Daytona, Florida. He’s an avid learner in all things PhotoShop and Creative Lighting. He spends a great deal of time making photographic images in collaboration with others, and has a thriving creative practice. Donna Dufault has over 22 years of experience working in the photography industry. She graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with her BFA degree in Fine Art Photography. She is a life long learner and spends many hours watching things about art, discussing art with others, and doing hands on creative making of images. Together they make lots and lots of images for clients to use in marketing of their products and services. When not working, they love to travel, browse book shops and hang out in coffee shops- even though neither of them drinks coffee! Scotty is currently obsessed with Grogu from the Mandalorian Star Wars Series and Donna is currently reading everything ever written by mystery writer Louise Penny.
